Christi Engle is an IFS-Informed Personal Development Coach and Certified Enneagram Teacher dedicated to helping people move beyond autopilot and into lives of intentionality, balance, and growth. Through an intuitive and client-centered approach, she facilitates deep self-awareness, resilience, and transformation—empowering clients to align their lives with their core values and to meet life’s challenges with curiosity, courage, and presence.
Using proven tools like the Enneagram and guided self-reflection, Christi partners with clients to navigate challenges, improve communication, and foster personal and professional development. Her coaching extends to individuals, couples, private groups, and corporate teams, providing tailored support for those seeking clarity, stronger relationships, and sustainable growth.

Supportive Services Team Leader
Rev. Joel Beiler, MDiv serves as the Supportive Services Team Leader for Coastal Hospice, where he oversees chaplains, bereavement counselors, and music therapists across Wicomico, Worcester, Dorchester, and Somerset Counties. With more than 20 years of experience in pastoral ministry and over nine years in hospice chaplaincy, Joel brings compassionate, faith-centered care to individuals and families navigating serious illness, grief, and loss. He has a deep heart for walking alongside people in their most vulnerable moments and is committed to helping them find hope, meaning, and support throughout their journey.
Joel is a key resource for LifeMark clients seeking grief, loss, and bereavement services. Coastal Hospice offers six grief-support groups each week across the four lower counties of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, providing accessible and ongoing care for those in need.
